New Vivid YouTube Series

If you are one of the millions of Vivid fans who can't get enough of our awesome 3D animations (or if you’ve ever wondered how the heck they’re actually made), then you’re in for a real treat. Vivid Creative Studio is proud to announce the launch of our first ever YouTube series!

Now titled The Vivid Creation Experience, this series will take you behind the screens to give you an exclusive look at the creative process and technical scope that goes into creating these immersive 3D scenes. The series will be hosted by Vivid’s Dynamic Media Specialist Alex De Falcis who will walk you through the ins and outs of the various programs that he uses to put these animations together.

Episode 1 of The Vivid Creation Experience is available now on our YouTube channel. Follow along to see how Alex created the lava lamp animation featured here on our Instagram page. He’ll take you from 3D modeling, to texturing and lighting, all the way through to the final product.

See the step-by-step process in the video.

This is the first of many episodes to come in the near future. Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel and hit the notification bell so you’ll be notified when each new episode is uploaded. You’re also invited to comment below the video if there’s something you want to see Alex create. It may be featured in a future episode.
