Project Intro

SoDel Concepts operates a portfolio of high-volume restaurants across Delaware, each with its own brand identity and customer base.

To support ongoing marketing efforts, they require a consistent flow of high-quality photo and video content that can be used across multiple platforms and locations.

We provide a structured, ongoing content creation program to meet that need.

Vision

The objective is to create a scalable content system that supports all SoDel Concepts restaurant locations with consistent, professional media.

This includes:

  • Maintaining brand consistency across multiple restaurants
  • Capturing content that reflects real customer experience
  • Building a reusable library of assets for long-term marketing use

The scope extends beyond short-form content into long-form media, including the production of their podcast, Family Meal, which supports brand storytelling and internal visibility.

Process

Content is produced on a recurring monthly schedule.

Each cycle includes on-site visits to multiple restaurant locations, including:

  • Matt's Fish Camp
  • Catch 54
  • Papa Grande's
  • Bluecoast Seafood Grill
  • Fish On
  • Surf Bagel
  • Lupo Italian Kitchen
  • Northeast Kitchen
  • Crust & Craft
  • Cottage Cafe

During each visit, we capture:

  • Interior and exterior environment
  • Food and beverage presentation
  • Staff in operation
  • Customer-facing moments
  • General atmosphere during live service

All content is captured in real operating conditions without disrupting service.

Post-production includes:

  • Video editing for short-form content
  • Photo selection and editing
  • Formatting for digital platforms

Content is then delivered in organized batches for internal use.

In parallel, we produce the Family Meal podcast, including recording, editing, and final delivery.

The Vivid Advantage

We operate as a single, integrated team handling all aspects of production.

There is no separation between:

  • Content capture
  • Editing
  • Delivery

This reduces coordination overhead and ensures consistency across all outputs.

Our approach is designed to fit within active restaurant environments:

  • Minimal disruption to staff and guests
  • Flexible scheduling across multiple locations
  • Adaptability to different brand styles within the same group

The result is a reliable, ongoing content system that supports marketing efforts across the entire SoDel Concepts portfolio.
